Strictly, no — but without one, every return crosses the border on its own. Your customer pays international postage, the parcel can sit in customs, and the refund takes weeks. A local French returns address makes the return cheap and fast for your customer, and consolidates your costs into one monthly shipment.

Does this work with Shopify?

Yes, and with every other platform. There is nothing to install. Your returns policy or returns portal simply points to our Lyon address. We work alongside any returns app you already use.
